Project details
The project, which is being developed by Marshall Fleniken at Four Corners Property Solutions Inc., broke ground at the end of 2022.
West Goforth Townhomes will include two buildings consisting of four units each. Each unit will be two stories, and have three bedrooms and three full bathrooms along with fenced-in backyards and two-car garages. Each unit will also be equipped with a washer and dryer.
The specifics
Fleniken said he thought townhomes would be a "good fit" for this area because of its walkability to Buda's Main Street. He also said he liked how there was a "small-town feel" to Buda, but there were still surrounding metros, such as San Antonio and Austin, close by.
The project is estimated to be completed by July.
