A new apartment complex, Arden 231, is nearing completion in San Marcos.

The project is being developed by Dallas-based real estate developer Kalterra Capital Partners LLC.

Arden 231 is slated to open in March, according to an email from Whitney Miller, SunRidge Management Group Inc.'s marketing director.

The apartment complex will offer an array of amenities, including:
  • Pickleball court
  • 24-hour fitness center
  • Package lockers
  • Resort-style pool
  • Dog park
  • Indoor dog spa
Arden 231 has 249 units for rent that are a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments.
