Located at 121 E. Hopkins St. in downtown San Marcos, the local music and event space is known for its concert series and can also be booked for weddings.
The hope is that the $5 million project will help transform the alleyway into a downtown destination.
Reconstruction will take place in the alleyway from Hopkins Street to University Drive and will include storm drain, water, wastewater, gas, telecommunications and electric utility updates.
Construction is slated to begin in the fall of 2023 and is anticipated to be completed spring 2025.
