Hays County reported 165 confirmed cases of coronavirus on April 29, with 1,750 tests administered in the county. According to county numbers, the five new cases come on 15 tests for the daily total. The numbers include 73 active cases and 91 patients who have recovered. Currently, five of 15 remain hospitalized and there has been one death reported in the county.
