Lehman Vertical Team Auditorium
The facility includes an 800-seat auditorium, a scene shop, two classrooms and storage. A 2023 voter-approved bond funded the project, allocating approximately $53 million.
Founded by Edward “Scissorhands” Anthony in 2011, Atlas Jiu-Jitsu is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu academy with five locations across the country. Since 2014, Buda local and U.S. Marine Corps veteran Jim “Yeti” Niemie has trained with Anthony. Now, Yeti is the co-leader and owner behind the newest location. Atlas offers adult and children's classes for kids four and older, focused on confidence, discipline, fitness and community, according to a news release.

Work on the facility, which includes a 15,131-square-foot garage and office space, is expected to run from March 23 to Sept. 23, and cost $4.5 million. Crash Champions specializes in collision repair services on a range of vehicles, including many luxury brands.
