The mobile massage service is owned and operated by Gudjon Bergmann, a licensed massage therapist with experience in yoga, meditation, relaxation and breathing techniques.
Bergmann’s mobile table massage services include mindful body mobilization, Swedish relaxation massages, deep tissue massages and full body stretching. The business also offer myofascial release, a physical therapy that focuses on relieving tension in muscles' trigger points. The services are primarily offered as in-home massages, though Mindful Hand Massage is also available to book for events and retreats.
The business serves a wide area, including Kyle, Buda, San Marcos, Wimberley and South Austin.
Gudjon will have a Mindful Hands Massage booth at Plum Creek Front Porch Days on May 18 where he will offer free table massages from noon to 3 p.m.
