The apartment complex changed ownership and management at the end of August and began the rebranding process with a name change Dec. 2.

Community Manager Samantha Lear said they kept the new name similar to the original to avoid confusion and make the transition easy.

The specifics

The rebrand also involves upgrading community amenities and apartments including:

  • New cabana furniture
  • Deep kitchen sinks
  • Upgraded light fixtures

The clubhouse also received several upgrades, including a coffee bar, large windows that look out to the pool, and a deck between the front office and the pool. The clubhouse will be rentable for resident events.

According to Lear, the estimated completion date for renovations is April.
