The new bakery and fast-casual lunch spot Butter Sweet offers a selection of assorted kolaches, baked goods, sandwiches and salads. The business is locally owned by Jonathan Smartt and Cody Couch, who also own Cody’s Restaurant & Bar locations in San Marcos and New Braunfels.
