CTRUS, a family-owned lemonade business, opened a new truck in Buda. Owner Hector Serrano and his wife own various CTRUS stands and trucks throughout the Austin area and at events like the Texas Farmers Market in Lakeline and Meuller. However, the couple got their entrepreneurial start nearly a decade ago in Puerto Rico.

"We operate ... in and around Austin since June 2017, but started in Puerto Rico in 2014 and still own one kiosk in Old San Juan," Serrano said.

The stand sells freshly squeezed lemonade without syrups or artificial ingredients.
