A new location of Skip's Beer, Wine & Liquor opened Dec. 1 at 350 N. Guadalupe St., San Marcos.

There are five other Skip's locations with this being the farthest north. The other stores are located in New Braunfels, Cibolo and San Antonio.

The new San Marcos locations offers a variety of beer, wine, liquor, mixers and more including cocktail garnishes like cherries. The new shop will also serve as a wholesale retailer for businesses and restaurants throughout San Marcos.
