New Braunfels-based coffee company On the Grind is working on the construction of a new location in San Marcos at 1508 Aquarena Springs Drive that is anticipated to open in September 2023.

On the Grind aims to provide quick drive-thru service to customers while serving fresh ingredients in the drinks served. On the Grind serves coffee, teas, shakes, lemonade and Italian sodas. On the Grind operates 13 kiosks and plans to add more in the surrounding area. There are locations in New Braunfels, San Antonio, Seguin, Bulverde, Boerne, Cibolo and Schertz. 830-310-1776
