Absolute Life Wellness Center’s newest location opened in early June at 575 E. FM 150, Ste. E, Kyle, where it offers chiropractic care, rehabilitation, spinal decompression and nutrition services, among other treatments.
The first location was opened in Austin in 2010 by CEO Daniel Shaddock, who said there was “a really high demand” for him to open a center in Kyle. This is the fourth, and most likely last, Absolute Life Wellness Center he will open, he said. The treating chiropractor at the Kyle clinic is Kevin Fluitt, who has been practicing chiropractic since 2010.
The most common reason people go to their chiropractors is for help with pain relief, wellness and preventive care, he said.
“The most rewarding part [of my job] is the opportunity to help people without prescribing medications, [which sometimes,] it’s just basically covering up an issue,” he said. “We can’t treat everything, but we have a pretty high success rate.”
Absolute Life's motto is “one patient, multiple solutions," and stands out by offering patients individualized treatment plans, Shaddock said. Other chiropractors often push the same several treatments on everyone, he said. At Absolute Life Wellness, staffers determine treatment on a case-by-case basis.
“People are looking for answers. They need guidance,” Shaddock said. “A big factor to our success has been treating people right.”
