Median home prices, the number of home sales and the average number of days spent on the market remained relatively consistent across the Round Rock market in September, according to data from the Austin Board of Realtors.

Median prices only dipped slightly year over year, with ZIP code 78664 seeing the biggest decrease by just 7.5%.

Home sales were also down year over year in the market. ZIP code 78717 saw the biggest drop in sales, selling seven fewer homes this September compared to last year.

Homes also lingered on the market longer this year, with the exception of 78717. Homes in this ZIP code spent just under two weeks less on the market compared to last September.
