21 Plus Liquor opened in late November at 635 University Blvd., Ste. 130, Round Rock. The liquor store is the latest business to open in a new retail center that also includes a Locker Room Haircuts, Prime Nail Bar, Jersey Mike's, Hotworx and Black Sugar Caffe. 512-351-0992
