Nov. 12: Make a child’s holiday by running a 5K

A fun run and 5K held in Hutto is supporting Toys for Tots by requesting each runner bring one unwrapped toy the day of the event. The first 200 registrants will also receive finisher medals. 7-11 a.m. Cost varies. Fritz Park, 400 Park Ave., Hutto. 512-975-2244.

Nov. 13: Celebrate local art in downtown Round Rock

Artists will transform the downtown area into a “living, breathing art celebration” for Mainly Art, according to the city of Round Rock. Local artists and vendors will display their pieces in an open-air environment. 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Free. 221 E. Main St., Round Rock.

Nov. 13: Wine and Swine with Wine Sensation

Nov. 13: Learn to make fall-themed glass art at a Fall Leaves Glass Class

Nov. 13: Attend a holiday bazaar and craft show

Get some holiday shopping out of the way at the 17th annual Rockin’ Around The Holidays Bazaar and Arts and Crafts Show. The indoor and outdoor market will offer wares from local vendors at the Clay Madsen Recreation Center. 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Free (admission). Nov. 13: Shop at Pfall Pfest Craft Show

Over 40 vendors will be selling their handcrafted items, baked goods, jewelry, glassware and gifts at Typhoon Texas Waterpark for the city’s Pfall Pfest Craft Show. Nov. 13: Hike for a cause

The Round Rock Police Department and the U.S. Army are teaming up to sponsor the 2021 Hike for Hunger Food Drive benefiting the Round Rock Area Serving Center, which serves low-income people and families in crisis situations by food distribution. Participants will walk 2 miles from the U.S. Army Recruiting Station in Round Rock to the Round Rock Serving Center carrying rucksacks filled with food. 9-11 a.m. Free. Nov. 13: Stop by a local PopUp Art Show

Head downtown to snatch up an original piece of art at this pop up art show, which will have 12 local and regional artists displaying and selling their artwork. Featured artists specialize in all different mediums, from acrylic paintings to digital design and everything in between. 10 a.m-3 p.m. Free (admission). Prete Main Street Plaza, 211 E. Nov. 14: PinkStrong Shero Mission Ride

Bike to honor the female heroes, or "sheros," who serve in the military, are first responders or are veterans. The three routes vary from easy to difficult and will have support from vehicles, bike course marshals and fully stocked themed rest stops. There will also be breakfast, snacks, beverages, free event photos and a postride party in the plaza. Plus, color guard will be performed by the Hutto Air Force Junior ROTC before the ride. 8:30 a.m. $5. 1600 Innovation Blvd., Hutto.

Nov 14: Drink and shop at Amatuli Farmers Market

Local and African crafters feature their wares at Kalahari Resort's marketplace each Sunday. Sit by the fire pit and drink handcrafted cocktails while listening to the live entertainment—or bring friends for bottomless mimosas and beer bucket specials.
