Chef TLC's Sidewalk Cafe, a catering business owned by Teri and Mike Contois, relocated into a brick-and-mortar space near Palm Valley Boulevard in November.

Teri Contois said she is working to expand her drop-off and pickup corporate catering business, which is available to order through DoorDash and her own website, after spending the last few years operating out of ghost kitchens.

Contois said her catering menu can accommodate any dietary needs, and that no seed oils are used in the cooking process. Instead, she said she favors tallow, olive oil, ghee and avocado oil.

"We're always looking for new, fresh ideas that people have," Contois said.

Customers can order for pickup or delivery one day ahead, Contois said.
