Fujiya Ramen & Sushi Bar will open a new location in the University Commons shopping center in late October or early November, owner Jason Lin said.

The restaurant will offer sushi dishes, barbecue, ramen, hot and cold beverages, and desserts, Lin said.

It will open in a retail space formerly occupied by Pei Wei, which closed in 2023.
