A Chick-fil-A representative told Community Impact the city's third location of the restaurant chain is expected to open this summer.
"It’s our pleasure to confirm we will be opening a new Chick-fil-A restaurant in Round Rock, Chick-fil-A Great Oaks, in summer 2024 at the northeast corner of [RM] 620 and Great Oaks Drive," the spokesperson said. "We look forward opening another restaurant in the Round Rock community and to serving all of our guests delicious food in an environment of genuine hospitality."

A fourth Round Rock location of Dutch Bros. Coffee will open near RM 620 towards the end of the year, a company representative confirmed in March.
The Oregon-based coffee chain has previously opened three Round Rock locations at 3589 N. I-35, 1700 E. Palm Valley Blvd. and 2630 A.W. Grimes Blvd.
The coffee chain offers hot and cold beverages, such as cold brew and frozen coffee, as well as its own energy drink and muffins.

Salad and Go will open in Round Rock on March 12, a company representative said.
The drive-thru restaurant chain offers nine types of salads and wraps as well as breakfast burritos, lemonades, teas and cold-brew coffee.
A Hutto location recently opened in December.
