Blue Corn Harvest Bar & Grill, a casual-style restaurant known for serving a variety of authentic Southwestern cuisine, is now open in Round Rock.

The menu includes sandwiches, tacos, enchiladas, soups and salads as well as specialty entrees, such as blue crab-stuffed chicken and pan-fried catfish.

Founded in Cedar Park in 2012 by co-owners Carlos Manzano and Santos Garcia, the restaurant has since expanded with two additional locations in Leander and Georgetown.
