Pollo Campero will be opening a new location in Round Rock.

Originating from Guatemala over 50 years ago, the business specializes in fried and grilled chicken with family recipes passed down from generation to generation. The restaurant also offers empanadas, salads and bowls, plus unique sides like sweet plantains and yuca fries.

The company has two other locations in Central Texas—one in north Austin and the other in Buda.
