Raku AYCE Sushi, Sukiyaki, Buffet & Bar will soon occupy a space in Sky Ridge Plaza formerly home to Fogueira Gaúcha Brazilian Steakhouse, per a representative of Umi Sushi & Seafood Buffet.

The all-you-can-eat buffet is locally owned by Sam Wang. A menu for this location is not yet available, but Umi Sushi & Seafood's corporate menu includes a variety of appetizers, such as fresh fruit, soup and salad; main dishes, such as prepared clams, calamari, lobster, chicken and beef; varieties of sushi; and desserts.
