MOD Pizza, a fast-casual restaurant offering pizzas sized for individual customers and tossed salads, opened in Round Rock in August. The restaurant opened in a newly built section of the Round Rock Crossing shopping center, in front of Target.
Brooke is an education reporter covering Bastrop, Hutto and Round Rock ISDs, as well as development in the greater Austin area. She joined Community Impact in May 2021. Her last name is pronounced “Show-burg.” When she's not working, Brooke is with the loves of her life, her dogs Doc Holliday and Milo.
