Austin-based Ramen Tatsu-ya, founded by chefs Tatsu Aikawa and Takuya Matsumoto, is expanding to the Round Rock area, although a date has not yet been determined.

Adam Lewis, director of business development at Danly Properties, said the seventh location of the restaurant, which offers authentic Japanese ramen, will find its home at the southwest corner of 2132 N. Mays St., Round Rock.

Ramen Tatsu-ya is one of several businesses to announce a location in the shopping center, preceded by Amy's Ice Creams, Velvet Taco and Tyler's.
