Estimated cost: $120,000


Scope of work: community center and leasing office to support the 60-unit apartment community

2. The Depot Townhomes: 115 E. Bagdad Ave., Round Rock

Type of work: new construction

Timeline: Dec. 16-Dec. 5, 2022

Estimated cost: $2.5 million

Scope of work: construction of townhomes consisting of buildings, grading, sidewalks, private driveways, wastewater systems, storm sewer systems, paving, signage and retaining walls

3. East Bagdad Avenue public improvements: East Bagdad Avenue, Round Rock

Type of work: renovation/alteration

Timeline: Dec. 6-June 6

Estimated cost: $1.4 million

Scope of work: improvements to existing East Bagdad Avenue consisting of asphalt paving, curb and gutter, pavement marking signage, driveways reconstruction, retaining wall, wastewater system, water system, storm sewer, landscaping and sidewalks

Scope of Work: interior finish out for a new commercial restaurant in an existing shell building

Type of work: renovation/alteration

Timeline: Jan. 3-March 31
