Scope of Work: Construction of an urban arterial roadway including earthwork, grading, paving, bridge and drainage structures, water quality facilities, signalization, concrete shared-use path, signing and pavement markings.

Timeline: Start date is Dec. 16, and completion date is March 10, 2022

Scope of work: This project consists of a finish out of a tenant suite. No previous tenant has occupied this space.

Timeline: Start date is March 1, 2022 and completion date is Jan. 31, 2023

Scope of work: New group-up single story building with site development
