Estimated cost: $175,000


Scope of work: tenant improvement of an existing space into a new Wingstop restaurant using new finishes, materials and equipment

3. Whiskey Cake Restaurant & Bar: 2600 N. I-35, Round Rock

Type of work: additions to existing building

Timeline: Dec. 1-March 1

Estimated cost: $2.55 million

Scope of work: remodel of an existing free-standing restaurant with a cooler and storage room addition

4. Taco Casa: 330 Ed Schmidt Road, Hutto

Type of work: New construction

Timeline: Nov. 15-March 25

Estimated cost: $750,000

Scope of work: free-standing restaurant with drive-thru

5. Whataburger: 281 University Blvd., Round Rock

Type of work: renovation/alteration

Timeline: Nov. 1-April 1

Estimated cost: $1.35 million

Scope of work: all new interior rework and finishes, small portion building demolition and addition to the building, new Whataburger building signages and building awnings, some new site work

6. Cold Stone Creamery: 110 N. I-35, Ste. 135, Round Rock

Type of work: renovation/alteration

Timeline: Sept. 1-Nov. 1

Estimated cost: $200,000

Scope of work: commercial tenant improvement of existing space to new food service establishment; new equipment, interior partition walls, plumbing, mechanical and electrical scopes
