Type of work: new construction

Timeline: start date is Dec. 1, completion date is Dec. 1, 2022

Estimated cost: $6 million


Dollar General—1550 Old Settlers Blvd., Round Rock

Type of work: new construction

Timeline: start date is Nov. 8, completion date is Jan. 24

Estimated cost: $900,000

Take 5 Oil Change—2151 Gattis School Road, Round Rock

Type of work: new construction

Timeline: start date is Sept. 20, completion date is Sept. 24

Estimated cost: $500,000

Lakeside Amenity Center—21100 Carries Ranch Road, Pflugerville

Type of work: new construction

Timeline: start date is Sept. 27, completion date is July 29

Estimated cost: $3.2 million

Cedar Ridge High School HS CTE renovation—2801 Gattis School Road, Round Rock

Type of work: renovation/alteration

Timeline: start date is Nov. 1, completion date is June 30

Estimated cost: $1 million

Scope of work: consists of the demolition and renovation of the flooring in the existing culinary kitchen and dressing area plus converting the existing home arts kitchen into a second culinary kitchen with a bistro
