The first Round Rock location of the yogurt shop held a grand opening July 19. The business offers a range of flavors, which vary by location, including banana pudding, blue raspberry tart and orange cream bar.Mom’s Bahn Mi

The food truck serves banh mis, or Vietnamese baguette sandwiches, as well as rice bowls and noodle bowls. With any of these dishes, customers can choose from pork, chicken, beef or vegetables.

Owned by native Floridian with Bahamian roots Teresa Saunders, the truck specializes in southern comfort food. Customers can find breakfast, lunch and dinner meals including fried fish plates, oxtail plates and more.


Alongside Saunders, her daughter Vanessa Saunders runs Sugas, or the truck’s dessert menu. The dessert menu ranges from fried Oreos and fried Twinkies to mini bundt cakes.

The construction company is building twin office structures. One will be home to John King Construction, while the other will be available for rent as traditional office or medical office space, King said.
