Rock’N River at Old Settlers Park opens Friday, May 23. The water park, located at 3300 E. Palm Valley Blvd., Round Rock, features a lazy river, water slides, a play structure, a rock climbing waterfall, multiple pools, cabanas and shade umbrellas.
The Micki Krebsbach Pool will also open May 23 at 301 Deepwood Drive, Round Rock. The pool includes interactive features, such as a pirate ship, crate walk and large slide, in addition to multiple swim lanes.
Lake Creek Pool will open May 24, at 800 Deerfoot Drive, Round Rock. The pool is located next to Lake Creek Park, which has playscapes, sports courts and is home to the Dog Depot Dog Park.

What else?
A multiyear project to expand Old Settlers Park is underway, with plans to improve access to the water park and soccer fields. The city recently opened Heritage Crossing, a new roadway connecting Kenney Fort Boulevard to Harrell parkway. The city encourages residents to follow all posted signs and detours.
