A Round Rock H-E-B store will undergo a substantial renovation in 2025, project information listed with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation shows.

Per the TDLR filing, the H-E-B store located near the intersection of Greenlawn Boulevard and Louis Henna Boulevard in southeast Round Rock will undergo a renovation totaling just over $13.3 million.

Project information states the renovation is scheduled to begin in February and conclude sometime around November 2025.

The focus of the renovation includes:
  • Demolition and redesign of main entrance exterior
  • Remodeling of restrooms, pharmacy and store floor
  • Replacement of coolers and freezes in both the main grocery area and curbside
When reached for comment, a representative of the grocery chain told Community Impact via email that there were no updates to provide on the project at this time.
