Einstein Bros. Bagels is slated to open in the Round Rock Crossing shopping center, per a project registration with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.

While representatives of the cafe and bagel chain did not immediately confirm details for the project, the TDLR registration states it will involve the renovation and finish-out of a tenant space in a newly added piece of the shopping center.

Construction is expected to be completed by November.
