Thermasol, a family-owned steam shower and sauna manufacturer, celebrated 65 years in business Oct. 20.

The company sells steam showers; digital shower systems; saunas; and bathroom accessories, such as sound systems and fog-free mirrors for private residences.

Thermasol was originally founded by David Altman in 1958, and the company moved its California headquarters to Round Rock in 2014.

“The reason why we are leading the field is because we value our people,” CEO Mitch Altman said. “We're very proud that we're still here through the span of 65 years and three generations.”
