The franchise location is owned by Jennifer and Haven Simmons in partnership with John and Jennifer Schefer. The Schefers and Jennifer Simmons previously partnered to open the Pflugerville location of Crumbl Cookies in 2020.
Crumbl Cookies offers a variety of cookies in a rotating menu for pickup and delivery. The Round Rock location opened with an offering of milk chocolate chip, chocolate cupcake, apple cider muffin, strawberry milk and Pirouline, sea salt toffee and s'mores cookies for customers to choose from.
