The business, located at 110 N. I-35, Ste. 175, Round Rock, was opened in 2006 by Sunni Petty and her father, Eddie Petty, assisted by her mother Patti Petty and brother Chase Petty. While Sunni and Eddie Petty managed the showroom, her sister Destini Petty became the business's lead flooring installer. When Eddie Petty retired in 2016, the store became completely female owned and operated, Sunni Petty said.
