Bluefin Sushi & Ramen is expecting to open a Round Rock location at 2200 E. Palm Valley Blvd., Ste. 125, in early March. Bluefin serves ramen, sushi and poke bowls, in addition to a variety of sashimi. This will be the third Austin-area location. The original Bluefin Sushi Bar & Ramen location opened in Southwest Austin in 2021, and a second location in Lakeway opened in April 2022. 512-953-1200.
