Land is being cleared along Chisholm Trail Road in Round Rock in preparation for a new industrial development, according to city officials and developer representatives.
Settler's Grove, a 631,000-square-foot industrial development that will include four separate industrial-warehouse buildings, is a $38 million project spanning three lots along Chisholm Trail.
