Round Rock-based Ryan Sanders Sports & Entertainment announced Jan. 19 that its hospitality services wing, RS3 Strategic Hospitality, will become the official hospitality provider for Rodeo Austin.

Since its founding in 1938, Rodeo Austin has hosted professional rodeos, stock shows and galas as well as youth and agriculture programs.

“Our family and our company have been Rodeo Austin fans for many years. Although we are known for baseball, the ranching and agricultural business has always been near and dear to our hearts,” said Reid Ryan, Ryan Sanders Sports & Entertainment CEO, in the news release. “We couldn’t be more excited to partner with Rodeo Austin and help advance their mission of growing and supporting the next generation. We are honored that they would trust us to provide services to Rodeo Austin fans.”

Ryan Sanders Sports & Entertainment's hospitality branch provides food and beverage services at nine facilities in Texas, including the Circuit of the Americas in Austin, H-E-B Center in Cedar Park and Dell Diamond in Round Rock. Ryan Sanders Sports & Entertainment serviced nearly 2.5 million Central Texas guests through its hospitality services in 2019, per the release.

Prior to the announcement, Ryan Sanders Sports & Entertainment partnered with Rodeo Austin to host "Bulls in the Ballpark" at Dell Diamond. The two-day event featured bull-riding from the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association, per the release.

“Rodeo Austin is excited about this new venture with RS3 and the Ryan Family. They have been supporters of our mission for many years with shared values and interests,” Rodeo Austin CEO Rob Golding said in the release. “This partnership combines two organizations with deep Texas roots and a commitment to bring real Texas experiences and gritty fun to Texans of all ages.”
