Play ball: the Round Rock Classic college baseball tournament, hosted at Dell Diamond, announced on Aug. 14 game times and a matchup schedule for its inaugural event. The 2020 Round Rock Classic will run from Feb. 21-23, with two games per day throughout the weekend tournament, according to an Aug. 14 news release. The event will feature four of the United States' top division 1 college baseball teams: Houston Cougars, Stanford Cardinal, Tennessee Volunteers and Texas Tech Red Raiders. The 2020 Round Rock Classic will begin Feb. 21 at 3 p.m. with a game between Stanford and Houston, followed by a 7 p.m. face-off for Texas Tech and Tennessee. Day 2 of the tournament starts at 2 p.m. with a Tennessee and Houston matchup, before Stanford and Texas Tech play at 6 p.m. The final day begins with an 11 a.m. game between Tennessee and Stanford, before Houston and Texas Tech close out the weekend with a 3 p.m. matchup. All games will be broadcast live on FloSports and will include post-game conferences aired over Facebook Live, per the release.
