Tucked off A.W. Grimes Boulevard is a 64-home neighborhood, Summit at Round Rock. Construction began in 2017 and is expected to continue through 2020. About 15 lots remain undeveloped, according to Edwina LeBlanc-King, a sales consultant with Empire Communities, the group behind Summit at Round Rock.
“We’re kind of this pocket-hidden neighborhood,” said Alyssa Siers, senior marketing manager for Empire Communities. “You can’t really find another new home in Round Rock because everything is resale right now.”
