As of 12:04 a.m. Nov. 4, 70.45% of Travis County ballots had been accounted for. Place 2 candidate Ceasar Ruiz, Place 4 incumbent Rudy Metayer and Place 6 challenger David Rogers maintain leads over their opponents. Results will be updated the morning of Nov. 4.

Ruiz has earned 13,995 votes for his candidacy for Pflugerville City Council Place 2, with opponent Victor To collecting 9,579. From Place 4, incumbent Rudy Metayer maintains his lead over challenger Bob Reichenbach, with 15,774 for Metayer and 7,668 for Reichenbach.

Place 6 challenger David Rogers leads incumbent Jim McDonald, 11,890 votes to 11,001 votes.

Place 2 candidate Ruiz has received 13,875 votes from voters as of 10:51 p.m., while challenger Victor To trails behind with 9,506 votes. From Place 4, incumbent Rudy Metayer has collected 15,654 votes and challenger Bob Reichenbach has tallied 7,606 votes.

For Place 6, challenger David Rogers leads incumbent Jim McDonald, with 11,775 votes cast for Rogers and 10,930 for McDonald as of 10:51 p.m.

Pflugerville City Council Place 2 candidate Ceasar Ruiz, Place 4 incumbent Rudy Metayer and Place 6 challenger David Rogers continue their leads in each of their respective races, as of 9:44 p.m.

Ruiz has earned 12,606 votes thus far, while challenger Victor To has received 8,920. Metayer has collected 14,508 votes as of 9:44 p.m., while challenger Bob Reichenbach has earned 6,925 votes.

From Place 6, challenger Rogers leads with 10,653 votes, compared to incumbent Jim McDonald's 10,230 votes recorded.

Pflugerville City Council Place 2 candidate Ceasar Ruiz leads challenger Victor To by 3,654 votes at the end of early voting. Ruiz received 12,449, while To earned 8,795.

Pflugerville City Council Place 4 incumbent Rudy Metayer leads challenger Bob Reichenbach by 7,456 votes at the end of early voting. Metayer received 14,305 votes, while Reichenbach earned 6,849.

Pflugerville City Council Place 6 incumbent Jim McDonald trails behind challenger David Rogers by 434 votes at the end of early voting. McDonald received 10,088 votes, while Rogers earned 10,522.

Results are updated as of 7:14 p.m. and are unofficial until they are canvassed and certified by the county clerk. Under Texas election law, the clerk accepts and counts mail-in ballots postmarked by Election Day and received by Nov. 4, if they were sent from inside the U.S. or Nov. 9 if they were sent from outside the U.S.
