Williamson County and Travis County votes show Michelle Ly has won Place 1 for Round Rock City Council with 18,394 votes to 14,936 votes for Tina Steiner. In Place 4, Frank Ortega had 17,483 votes to 15,109 for incumbent Will Peckham.

With all 57 precincts accounted for in Williamson County, the Round Rock City Council will have two new members joining the dais.
Michelle Ly is the unofficial winner for Place 1 with 18,197 votes (55.15%) over Tina Steiner who had 14,798 votes (44.85%). In Place 4, Frank Ortega won with 17,254 votes (53.48%), defeating incumbent council member Will Peckham, who had 15,006 votes (46.52%).
Results are unofficial until they are canvassed and certified by the county clerk. Under Texas election law, the clerk accepts and counts mail-in ballots postmarked by Election Day and received by Nov. 4, if they were sent from inside the U.S., or Nov. 9 if they were sent from outside the U.S.

Election Day results, with 19 of 57 precincts reporting, have Michelle Ly leading for Round Rock City Council Place 1 with 17,253 votes (55.09%) to 14,064 votes (44.91) for Tina Steiner. In Place 4, Frank Ortega leads with 16,302 votes (53.23%) to Will Peckham's 14,323 votes (46.77%)
