The Austin Teen Coalition, Round Rock ISD and Youth Service America have partnered together in hosting a drive-thru voter registration event Oct. 4. Held at Round Rock High School, the event runs from 11 a.m.-3 p.m.

Registration for the RRHS event will be held at 201 Deep Wood Drive, Round Rock. Oct. 5 is the final day to register ahead of the Nov. 3 elections.

For Round Rock elections, the November ballot includes three City Council seats and seven amendment proposals for the Round Rock City Charter.

Candidates for Round Rock City Council are as follows: Mayor Craig Morgan, uncontested; Michelle Ly and Tina Steiner, Place 1; Will Peckham and Frank Ortega, Place 4. Place 1's current occupant, Tammy Young, is not seeking reelection.

For ballot-by-mail, the application deadline is Oct. 23, per information from the Williamson County Elections Department. Ballot-by-mail applications can be hand-delivered until Oct. 12; once early voting begins Oct. 13, applications for ballot-by-mail can no longer be hand-delivered.
