Construction continues on the Pfield, Pflugerville ISD’s new football stadium on West Pecan Street.[/caption]

What we reported Pflugerville ISD has several construction projects underway. In April we reported that the district was in the process of constructing a new Timmerman Elementary School, a fourth high school and the district’s 21st elementary school. Additionally, PfISD began construction underway on a districtwide stadium.

The latest Construction is ongoing for the new Timmerman campus. Construction is nearing completion of the districtwide stadium, and it has been named The Pfield. High School No. 4 has been named Weiss High School, and Elementary School No. 21 is now Vernagene Mott Elementary School.

What’s next Construction for The Pfield is on schedule and is expected to be complete in February. Construction for the new Timmerman, Mott and Weiss schools is continuing with all schools slated to be open and operational in time for the new school year to begin in August.
