Brotherton Barbecue and Black Iron Eats have merged their businesses, according to John Brotherton, co-owner of Brotherton’s Black Iron Barbecue.

Located at 15608 Spring Hill Lane, Ste. 105, Pflugerville, the business will expand from its capacity of 20 customers to approximately 70.

“We are also adding patio space out front, which will give us room for over 80 people,” Brotherton said.

The expansion is expected to be complete by the end of May or mid-June at the latest.

“We will extend our hours to include breakfast, lunch and dinner,” Brotherton said. “Eventually our goal is to open seven days a week as well.”

Brotherton said a the restaurant will include a full menu of Texas barbecue as well as the “iconic sandwiches and upscale breakfasts.”
