Under construction near SH 130 and SH 45, Empire at Rowe will provide 1,330- to 1,606-square-foot homes with prices in the $240,000 range, Empire Communities announced in a news release.
Home sales are anticipated to begin in August, In all, 118 homes are planned to be included in the community. Three floor plans are available, featuring two two-story and one-story layouts, according to the release.
“These townhomes are a wonderful addition to the wide range of home designs we offer in Texas and fill an important niche,” said Tom Grant, the division president of Empire’s Central Texas homebuilding division, in the release. “This is an excellent entry into homeownership or a solution for prospective buyers seeking well-priced homes served by highly regarded schools.”
Students living at Empire at Rowe will be zoned to Pflugerville ISD's Dearing Elementary School, Kelly Lane Middle School and Hendrickson High School, per the release.
