Palo Alto Luxury Apartments, a 300-unit complex, is set to open in Pflugerville this summer, Kaleigh Wallace, JCI Residential marketing coordinator, confirmed in a May 14 email. Located at 1601 S. Heatherwilde Blvd., Pflugerville, the apartment complex will offer one-bedroom, two-bedroom, three-bedroom and studio floor plans. Of the 300 units available, 40 will be private spaces that included fenced yards off the patio, Wallace said.

The first move-in dates are currently scheduled for late August, Wallace said, with preleasing set to begin this summer. Construction on the site began in October and is expected to be complete in February 2021.

Complex amenities include a fitness center, pool, clubhouse lounge, pet park and spa, picnic areas and detached garages, among others. Specific apartment amenities include home security systems, granite counters, stainless steel appliances and walk-in closets.
