Stories to follow in 2019: Commercial spaces take off in Pflugerville


What we reported Two of Pflugerville’s largest-ever commercial projects, Costco and Living Spaces, opened in 2018. The two will contribute to Pflugerville’s growing sales tax base, which has so far experienced a year-over-year 6.2 percent climb from 2017 to 2018.

the latest Heatherwilde 45, a Class A industrial and office park, is likely to partially open in 2019. Pflugerville city officials anticipate Presidium, a materials manufacturer relocating from College Station, to set up shop in Heatherwilde 45. Commercial development may begin in 2019 on pad sites surrounding Costco and Living Spaces as well.
