The latest numbers released by the Austin Board of Realtors for September show as Round Rock, Pflugerville and Hutto's populations continue to grow, so too do their single-family home sales.

Market analyses supplied by ABoR highlighted a 20% year-over-year increase in single-family home sales in Round Rock, with the average price for a home listed at $307,274. In Pflugerville, single-family sales increased 5.5% year over year, with an average home price calculated as $272,603, per market data.

Hutto saw the largest single-family home sales increase out of the three cities, with a 41.7% increase in sales and an average home price tag of $235,738, according to ABoR data.

In the Austin-Round Rock metropolitan statistical area, single-family home sales in September increased 13.4% in conjunction with its 2,654 home sales, according to an Oct. 15 ABoR news release. When broken down by county, Travis County saw an increase of 10.6% in its single-family home sales in September, while Williamson County's sales jumped 22%, per the release.
