Hutto City Hall and Hutto Public Library will reopen to the public Oct. 1, the city announced in a Sept. 22 news release. Capacity limits and updated safety provisions will be in place to help limit the spread of the coronavirus.

Hutto City Hall

Business is available to be conducted over email, online bill payment systems or by calling 512-759-4033. For residents and visitors attending Hutto City Hall in person, masks will be required.

Hutto Public Library

Hutto Public Library will offer 30-minute sessions for visitors utilizing the facility and will operate at reduced capacity. Curbside services are available.


New operating hours for the library are as follows:

  • Mon. and Wed.: 10 a.m.-1 p.m.; 2-5 p.m.

  • Tue.: noon-1 p.m.; 2-5 p.m.

  • Thu.: noon-3 p.m.; 4-7 p.m.

  • Fri.: 10 a.m.-1 p.m.; 4-7 p.m.

  • Sat. and Sun.: closed


Curbside pickup services are available on Tuesdays from 11 a.m.-noon as well as Fridays from 9-10 a.m.
