Hutto City Hall will operate with reduced staff from July 7 through Aug. 28 in an effort to "mitigate the spread of the coronavirus," city officials announced in a July 6 news release.

Huto Public Library will be closed for all in-person services while still offering curbside services, per the release. Additional information regarding library operations is available here, and the library can be contacted at 512-759-4008.

City permit inspections in occupied residences have been suspended for the time being, while outdoor inspections will continue, per the release. Commercial and emergency permits will be considered on a case-by-case basis, but that "does not suspend the need for permitting and inspection overall," the release confirmed. Additional questions can be directed to the Hutto Building Department at 512-846-2640.

Specific questions regarding Hutto Municipal Court can be directed to staff via phone at 512-759-1011 or over email at [email protected]. Information on paying court fees or fines online can be found here.
